payment direct withdrawal from checking they say I'am behind 2 months

How can a company say you are behind on car payments when they withdraw payment each month from checking account. Not only that they set up withdraw date. And turn around and say late every month because not paid by 24. Have gone around and around with HMFC they still have withdraw set up for 25th. They keep adding interest and reporting to credit bureu that I am late every month. Get harrassing phone calls daily. How do I get them at Hyundai to listen to me. This has been going on for two years. I have kept track of dates times and who has called me. Right now am waiting a call back from a supervisor named Jose. Been waiting over an hour this time.
