during our vacation in the USA, suddenly our engine seized on the highway that almost got us killed. we reached out to Hyundai Canada with very little help.

Thanks to Tarbox Hyundai in the USA, who replaced our motor after 5 weeks of waiting. Went back and forth from Canada to USA to pick up the car. My wife still has psychological stress of not wanting to drive the car anymore, informed Hyundai Canada and am still waiting for a supervisor to return my call. Entered all my expenses for this unfortunate situation and the only reimbursement we got was the car rental and the towing.

The hotel stay, gas, food, our time off work back and forth was not even acknowledged.

Been a customer of Hyundai since 2000 and this is the gratitude and appreciation they show to a loyal customer. Am NOT really impressed.

Reason of review: motor recall inspection was not done properly.

Monetary Loss: $1600.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I liked: Service i got from tarbox north kingstown.

I didn't like: Service i got from hyundai canada.
