Crashed 2016 Hyundai Tucson. Airbag failed to deploy properly and injuries occurred.

Four months later Hyundai is still thinking about what to do while others may be in danger. We have witnesses, photos and the airbag to prove it failed yet they have yet to inspect the car or airbag and resolve the issue. We are not the type to sue companies for millions, only want a fair resolution and to warn other drivers.

Hopefully, they won't wait until many others are injured or killed to decide to respond. It has been four months since the accident and all we asked was to be compensated with a replacement vehicle, obviously, not another Tucson, No one seems to care.
